Instructions to Applicant:

1.Candidate should ensure that he/she is eligible for the post applying for in all aspects before filling of Application Details.

2.Do not use Special Characters like ',$,<,>,.,&,!,#,% etc while filling application form.

3.Candidate should have digital Photo (upto 50KB),Signature (upto 50KB) and Scanned Certificates pertaining to Qualification & Experience if any (Colour/ Black & White) ready before applying (Max Seven Certificates, each File (JPG or PDF) upto 200KB which can be merged with one or more).

4.Three Certificates i.e., COC, PASSPORT AND CDC (Each Size < 200 KB (JPG or PDF)) are mandatory. CDC pages showing sea service should be scanned and made upto 5 parts, each file < 200KB and uploaded. (For Masters & Chief Officers, GMDSS is also mandatory. For Crew, if COC is not applicable, applicant should upload STCW certificates).

5.On successful submission of the online application an "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER" will be generated and the same should be quoted in all future references.

6.Applicant should not click BACK / REFRESH button or keep the session open for long time while filling the online application form.
